There is a double page feature on Tom Chambers in this week's Inside Soap in there 'catch up - where are they now type series. THe main thing that jumps out is that he was asked to return for Maria's exit but filming conflicts with WR wouldn't allow it.

re: pdfs, you'd have to upload the pdf somewhere for us to download - or scan it as an image doc (jpg etc).

Thanks. I'm afraid I'm old enough to have become my parents with our first Betamax timer record in being a technophobe luddite re uploading / dowmloading but I might see if I can scan it and then just copy and paste the text later.
