FAMILY : Czech father, Ivan and Mother, Rita – work in the furniture business. Younger sister, Jessica, who lives in LA.
STUDIED : Studied at Manchester High School and Loreto Sixth Form College. She then went on to King’s College, London and Sorbonne School in Paris. Georgina is a qualified barrister, having gained her LLB in English Law and French Law.
SKILLS : Rollerblading, Skiing, Tennis, Yoga, Bowling, Horse-riding, Pilates, Swimming, and Tai-Chi.
HOBBIES : Yoga, theatre, films, reading and travelling.
ON CHARACTER ELLEN : ‘Ellen is such a bitch – actually I’m a bit scared of what the public reaction to me will be. I don’t want too much hostility if I’m walking down the street. I’m trying to prepare myself for it!’
ON CANCER STORYLINE : ‘It is always great to be given the challenge of playing a great storyline, but I was also very nervous as it is such a serious issue that I wanted to make sure I was playing it as honestly and as carefully as possible. It’s something which affects a lot of people.’
IF SHE COULD PLAY ANOTHER CASUALTY CHARACTER : ‘I would love to be one of the paramedics. They are always off doing adventurous things and going to weird and wonderful places!’
REAL-LIFE CASUALTY INCIDENTS : ‘I once fell on a champagne glass as a waitress and ended up all night in A+E (at least it was a champagne glass – very chic!)’

WORST FASHION DISASTER : ‘The time I wore an 80’s zebra print outfit to a fancy dress party. We decided to go clubbing afterwards and got a lot of hassle due to our dodgy clothes. I spen the whole night saying ‘I don’t usually dress like this!’
