Lee Mead will be appearing at the Cramphorn Studio in Chelmsford this June in the theatre production of ‘Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me’.
The play runs from 10th – 15th June. Tickets can be booked by clicking here.
Of the play, Lee said ‘I’ve been looking for a play I feel passionate about to make a return to the stage in a dramatic role. The story of ‘Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me’ seems more relevant than ever, and I’m thrilled to be bringing this production to a new audience here in Chelmsford.’
Aside from the play, Lee has a number of other live tour dates around the country where he will be performing his music. For full details click here.
But if you think this means the end of Lofty, fear not. Lee has just signed up for another year on the show. Recently speaking on Graham Norton’s Radio 2 show, he added, ‘I just love playing Lofty, he’s a great character. I’m really happy there.’
