Q. It’s been three years since you were in CASUALTY. Do you miss it?
A. I miss my friends. I miss zooming around the streets in an ambulance. I miss my green jumpsuit.
Q. What are your best memories of being in CASUALTY?
A. Working with Ian Bleasedale
Q. What was it like working alongside Ian?
A. A nightmare!! Because I couldn’t stop laughing!
Q. Do you still keep in touch with cast members?
A. Yes. But not as often as I should.
Q. If you weren’t Liz in CASUALTY, what other character would you like to play?
A. An unconscious patient in resus.. with no lines to learn!
Q. You’ve appeared in ‘Dinnerladies’, what do you prefer doing – drama or comedy?
A. Comedy
Q. Is there any type of acting work you’d like to do, but haven’t done already?
A. To play Puck in ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’
Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?
A. Scuba dive, swim with dolphins, water ski (on one leg), play my oboe, piano, African guitar and mouth organ. Take my bichon frise for a walk in ‘bluebell woods’, travel on a shoestring to wonderful countries like Peru, India, Guatemala, Iceland, Mexico.. etc.. write poetry, learn Spanish, and belly laugh with my best friend Joanne.
Q. What can we expect to see you in in the next year?
A. Versace silk chiffon dress with moschino hot pants with Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche Accessories, finished off with a pair of Prada shoes – sipping tea in Harvey Nichols!
