Episode Summary
Local farmer inspector Pat Brown is trapped in a barn; he is saved, but not before one of the brothers who run the farm sets fire to the barn and is caught in the inferno.
An injured young surveyor informs Josh that he has AIDS. Staff become involved in his subsequent dilemma: should his life insurance policy be cashed now to support him and his wife through his illness, or used to support his wife after his death?
Daniel is accused of stealing a diamond ring, but it turns out that the woman owner has faked the theft to claim on the insurance. And Baz keeps Charlie on tenterhooks over her decision about the new job.
