Episode Summary
Kate is feeling the strain of her secret addiction to shopping; she tells Baz she is thinking of leaving. Sam is irritated by his out-of-work boyfriend.
Jack decides not to attempt resuscitation of a woman in her seventies who is brought in by her sister following a cardiac arrest. He casually declares her dead, informing the sister. When Mark and Kate discover a faint pulse and start resuscitation, the sister is horrified. Jack covers up, blaming the nurses. Jack and George continue to argue.
An absentee father tries to make friends with his teenage daughter by dancing at a rave club and popping pills. She gives him Ketamine rather than Ectasy to shock him and make him disapprove. When he collapses and is taken to A&E they both realise that they need to stop acting up to eachother and be more honest.
