‘Born Lucky’ : Connie celebrates the department hitting its targets by taking a few select members of her team out for the day. However, the medics soon lose their way, and as they focus on maps and sat-navs, minibus driver Ethan takes his eye off the road for one second too long – leading to a horrifying collision. Connie manages to get to her phone, but will the ambulance be in time to save her and the others?
