CASUALTY is reaching out to it’s audience to submit stories to celebrate the NHS’s 75th anniversary next year.
The show is seeking stories from patients, relatives or medical professionals, who should send up to 500 words to mycasualtystory@bbc.co.uk
Entries must be sent by 28th October.
