At Holby ED, Dylan confronts Flynn about his reckless and inappropriate behaviour — including an incident with a patient’s mother — pushing Flynn to face the consequences of his actions.
Faith is stunned when Stevie reveals that Iain’s mother has died — a truth Iain had kept from her. Later, during a tense conversation, Iain tells Faith he doesn’t love her and that he’s only trying to “save” her. The moment leaves Faith heartbroken and signals a major shift in their relationship.
Ngozi prepares to leave the UK and return to Nigeria with her son, Obi, but relapses into drinking. Nicole, realising she still has feelings for Ngozi, enlists Siobhan’s help and rushes to the airport. She arrives to find Ngozi collapsed. Ngozi is brought into Holby ED in critical condition. Flashbacks reveal her emotional decline in the lead-up to the relapse. The team races to save her life.
Meanwhile, Rash’s earlier work with Sunny pays off — her cooperation helps take down the drug kingpin, bringing the illegal supply chain crisis to a head. The episode ends with multiple cliffhangers: Ngozi’s fate remains unknown, and Iain and Faith’s relationship appears beyond repair.
