Prosthetics designer Megan Thomas has filmed a fascinating behind the scenes video for BBC TV Blog about the making of Malick’s fake limbs for HOLBY CITY’s Series 15 finale episode.
Episode 52 saw popular surgeon Antoine Malick sustain a severe injury to his hand following a road traffic accident.
In the video, Megan talks about the creative process that went into making Malick’s injury look as realistic as possible – under the scrutiny of today’s enormous televisions and HD.
