CASUALTY will be showing the infamous skipped episode (Ep.33) which was forced to be pulled from schedules back in May.
The episode was cancelled at the time as it was deemed inappropriate to show whilst in the middle of the current pandemic. Scenes involved the Emergency Department going into lockdown following a chemical attack.
Head of Continuing Drama at BBC Studios, Kate Oates said: “We are really proud of this CASUALTY episode and are excited to now share it with audiences.
“We know the CASUALTY fans will be delighted to watch the never-before-seen moments of the Fenisha, Will and Ethan love triangle, and to see the whole ED come together to tackle an invisible threat.”
The unseen episode will now be shown on 26th September.
The cast have now resumed filming with a special episode centred on the coronavirus, exploring it through the eyes of the ED workers.
