holby.tv can confirm that Duncan Pow is also heading out of HOLBY CITY.
Duncan, who plays Surgical Consultant Linden Cullen, has already finished filming and leaves our screens in October.
He joined the show in January 2008. His storylines have included being reunited with his estranged daughter Holly to his recent affair with nurse Faye.
He added on Twitter, ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the show. I feel that the cast, crew and production team are, without a doubt, the strongest on any recurring drama show on TV in the UK. It has been three years and I always said to myself that I would spend only three years on the show. As it turns out, they have been the best three years of my life but I had to be true to myself and follow the path I have always intended to.’
Amanda Mealing, Luke Roberts and Patsy Kensit are also leaving HOLBY CITY this year.

Hi, I’m really upset that Linden has died, I really wanted him to forgive Faye and they get back together. I was really gutted the way he dies, I cant wait to the next episode shift xxxxx

With Duncan, Amanda Mealing, Luke Roberts and Patsy Kensit leaving there’ll be hardly anyone left. Yes I know they’ll be replaced, but will it be the same?
