Lloyd Everitt joins Casualty

Actor Lloyd Everitt is joining the cast of CASUALTY.

Lloyd will play the role of new paramedic Jez. Speaking to What’s on TV, Series Producer Oliver Kent said ‘He’s young, ludicrously handsome and very openly bisexual. The dynamic between him and Ian is really fun and it’s unlike anything we’ve seen before. Plus we’ll establish a big friendship between Jez and Max’.

Lloyd is known for his role in Emmerdale; in 2012 he played the character of Ed Roberts. He’s also appeared in Alys, Torchwood, New Tricks and had a guest appearance in sister show HOLBY CITY in 2014. Last year he played Othello at Shakespeare’s Globe in London.

His arrival follows long serving Dixie’s departure this month. He will be onscreen from 12th March.
