Will Thorp joins Corrie

Will Thorp is one of a number of former CASUALTY actors to be joining ITV soap Coronation Street.

Billed as the serial’s new bad boy, Will plays the role of Chris, the former partner of lapdancer Cheryl Gray (Holly Quin-Ankrah).

It emerges that Chris and Cheryl share a son, Russ. However, things take a turn for the worse when Chris meets Cheryl’s current boyfriend Lloyd (Craig Charles).

He is due to join in the Summer.

Currently in Coronation Street are former CASUALTY stars Gray O’Brien and Ben Price.
